“One List To Rule Them All!”

SignIn is an application designed to facilitate the creation and management of main sign-in or attendance sheets. It allows users to generate a central list, from which multiple sublists can be derived for specific groups such as performers, crew members, employees, or other categorized participants.

The app provides the functionality to set and adjust a “Late After Time” parameter for each sign-in sheet. Participants signing in after this preset time are automatically recorded on a designated Late List. This feature enables organizers to monitor punctuality effectively by viewing, printing, and analyzing patterns of tardiness.

For those managing extensive cast or employee rosters, SignIn offers an efficient method to import data via CSV files. Users can prepare a CSV with headers FirstName, LastName, and Code using their preferred spreadsheet or text editing software. Importing this file populates the Main List automatically, eliminating the need for manual entry on the device.

“What is the purpose of the code?”

Good question. Each individual in the list can be assigned a unique 4-digit code when Self Sign In Mode is activated. This mode locks the Main List or specific sublists, allowing cast members or employees to sign themselves in by passing the device around and entering their codes. This approach streamlines the sign-in process, reducing administrative burden. To disable Self Sign In Mode, simply tap the unlock button and input your Admin Code, which can be set within the app’s Settings.

SignIn is suitable for anyone requiring an efficient attendance management solution—such as stage managers, educators, retail supervisors, event coordinators, and similar professionals.

If a physical record is needed for posting or filing, SignIn can generate a PDF document based on your Main List or sublists for convenient use and archival purposes.
